All three models are the same size and weight. The main difference is that each model has different colored light output:
Nova: White
Firefly: Warm White
Spectra: Multi-Color (9 different color modes, including white)

LuminAID solar lanterns and power lanterns can be recharged by solar power, or by micro-USB input.
A micro-USB recharging cable is included with each device.

You can solar charge your LuminAID in cloudy or overcast weather, but be aware that it will take longer to charge. We do not recommend solar charging indoors, because windows will filter light and reduce charging efficiency.
LuminAID's 2-in-1 Power Lantern models charge phones. The basic solar lantern models (Nova, Spectra, and Firefly) do not charge phones.
The Nova, Spectra, and Firefly solar lantern models all weigh 5oz.
The Nova, Spectra, and Firefly solar lantern models inflate into a 4.75" cube.
They pack flat to 4.75" x 4.75" x 1.0" for easy storage and charging on-the-go.

The LuminAID Story
We were inspired to invent the LuminAID light after the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. We wanted to create something that could pack flat, was waterproof and long-lasting, and powered by the sun -- no batteries needed!
It's been a wild ride since then. You might have seen us on Shark Tank! We got our big break when we pitched the "Sharks" and made a deal with Mark Cuban.
To date, LuminAID lanterns have been used by nonprofits in over 100 countries, and we're proud to that our products are also used by consumers like you -- for camping, emergency preparedness, and backyard fun.

Amazing product!!!
Super easy, easy to charge and very bright! It was good to have in storm outage, it lasts a super long time and is very bright for the whole room. My kids were very surprised at how well it works! Easy enough for them all to use and they now know where we store it. The charge lasts for quite a while, on and off several days. I like the handle, as I’ve used it to hang it up for high light.

I have been enjoying LuminAID lanterns since the original Sharktank broadcast many years ago. I have met Andrea in person at the Outdoor Retailer Show when it was in Salt Lake City. I have bought literally dozens of them and given them away as holiday gifts or as friend gifts and most recently to cheer up three young boys whose 8-year-old sister just died unexpectedly from a brief illness.
