We work hard to process orders as quickly as we can -- typically within 2 business days. Please note that expected shipping times do not include processing time. Pre-orders ship on the deadlines specified.
FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight orders placed before 12PM CST will be shipped the same business day.
FedEx Ground and USPS orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping (USPS) within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is 3-5 days.
Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. If you ordered a combination of regular items and back-order/pre-order items, please email us at email@example.com and we can ship your items separately.
If customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
