Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.

We work hard to process orders as quickly as we can -- typically within 2 business days. Please note that expected shipping times do not include processing time. Pre-orders ship on the deadlines specified.
Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. If you ordered a combination of regular items and back-order/pre-order items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can ship your items separately.
If customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties applied. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes of the destination country. The exact amounts vary with the value of goods, duty and tax rates, and other fees assessed by the local customs office. Please reach out to your Customs office for specific information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

We offer multiple shipping options to Canada including standard shipping and FedEx International Priority. Enter your shipping address at checkout to view your options. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties applied.
U.S. Sales Tax
Customers living in Texas and Illinois will have to pay their respective state sales tax, but all other U.S. customers will not be charged sales tax.
