COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions

A: We are a small team based in Chicago, and our Illinois warehouse remains open and fully operational (with adjustments to ensure social distancing). We're working hard to ensure your orders arrive safely and have shipped thousands of orders since stay-at-home orders went into effect.  We've reallocated resources based on the changing environment to help better serve our customers by adding additional customer service representatives to our team, and are here to help if you have any questions.

A: During this time, most orders are still shipped out from our warehouse within 24 hours, but during periods of high demand, non-express orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. Orders with Next Day or Express shipping speeds are processed same-day and ship within 1 business day.

A: At checkout, you will see an estimate for your order's transit time based on the shipping speed selected and your destination address. Please note that during COVID-19, this estimate may not be accurate in all cases, as ground shipping is taking longer than usual in some parts of the country. There may be delays due to changes in carrier procedure for sanitation/safety reasons, or because of capacity issues due to increased online ordering activity. A: Yes, we are honoring our normal return/exchange policy, which you can read here. Please note that it may take longer than usual to confirm receipt of returned packages, because we have adjusted how we receive and process returns to ensure safety and follow stay-at-home orders.
