• The PackLite Halo mini solar lantern is a high performing, inflatable solar lantern, and our most compact and lightweight model. The 100% waterproof and dustproof design makes it a durable lantern for both indoor and outdoor use. It provides 50 lumens of bright LED light on High and can run for up to 10 hours on Low when fully charged (no extra batteries required). The PackLite Halo can be recharged by the built-in solar panel in approximately 10 hours of direct outdoor sunlight. Use the adjustable strap to hang the light from a tent or strap to a pack on when on the go.

• What is my light made of?

  The PackLite Halo is made of a durable material called TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). This material is 100% PVC-free and phthalate-free. Each light contains a high-efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel, LED circuit, and a lithium-ion battery.

  How long will the PackLite Halo last?

  We design and build our lights for disaster relief first and expect them to last in even the harshest environments. The lights can be recharged and used every day for multiple years.

  Can I recharge my light in a window or on cloudy days?

  LuminAID lights will charge on overcast or cloudy days, but you'll see the most efficient charging times with direct sun. Windows block light and slow down charging. For optimum charging, place the light outside in an area away from shadows or shade. Charge times vary depending on time of year, location, and product.
