Now that you’ve already signed up for Lumen Rewards, here’s how to check what points you have and how to redeem them.

First, go to your account and click “Spend Points.” Here you’ll be able to see what all of your points will get you, what you’ve earned, and be able to redeem them. It will say “Redeem” in red next to each item if you have enough points. All you need to do is click “Redeem” to unlock the reward, and you’ll be given a code that you need to use at checkout. For the free Donate-A-Light and Spectra rewards, you’ll need to have those items already in your cart to apply the code, they won’t get automatically added.

If you’ve clicked “Redeem” previously, but haven’t used the discount yet you’ll see the discount available when you log-in to your account. Just click “use” to access the discount code.

In both cases, you need to copy the code, go to your shopping cart, paste the code in the designated area to the right, and continue through the checkout process.
